South Harrow is on the Uxbridge branch of the Piccadilly Line, which places many recognisable central London destinations within direct and easy reach. Travelling south eastwards into the capital, Hammersmith for the Hammersmith & City, Circle and District Lines is just 24 minutes’ away. Green Park, for the Victoria Line, is 39 minutes away, Piccadilly Circus for the Bakerloo Line 40 minutes and Holborn for the Central Lines 45 minutes.
Northolt Road is also well served by a number of bus routes. The H9, which stops two minutes’ walk from the development, operates regular services to Harrow-on- the-Hill of just ten minutes’ travelling time. From here central London can also be accessed swiftly and directly via the Metropolitan Line from Harrow-on- the-Hill tube station.
Travelling in the opposite direction, Heathrow Airport is easily accessible on the Piccadilly Line via one change at Acton Town and takes approximately 42 minutes.
South Harrow is home to a vibrant, multi-cultural community and the area has managed to retain a distinctive local identity and atmosphere. Northolt Road is home to a wide variety of shops, The equivalent of South Harrow’s ‘High Street’, everything you’ll need for everyday shopping can be found here, from a proper greengrocer, butcher, fishmonger and bakery to a range of banks with cashpoints and, unusually for London, a well-used and loved local library. Opposite the underground station exit is Harrow Market, an eccentric collection of craft shops, cafes, beauticians, dressmakers and jewellers, all housed undercover in the large spaces beneath the railway arches.
Roxeth Recreation Ground, less than five minutes’ walk south of the development, is the area’s largest open green space. The park boasts a mix of ornamental gardens and sports facilities, including a football pitch and a cricket ground, the latter being the home of South Harrow Cricket Club for the past 70 years.

Wembley Park and wider Wembley, home of the National Sports Stadium, is just 14 minutes away via a bus ride to Harrow-on- the-Hill and a connection tube journey on the Metropolitan Line. Currently a temporary home to Tottenham Hotspur, and recognised internationally for its iconic arch, the stadium is at the centre of a revitalised Wembley which has become a major destination in its own right.
Wembley is also famous, of course, for Wembley Arena, one of London’s most successful and longest established entertainment venues hosting everything from pop concerts and comedy shows to ice skating and dinosaur exhibitions.
